Rock Spot Climbing Policies
Group/Party Deposits
- A deposit is due at time of booking: $50 for groups under 50, $100 for groups 50+ and $175 for overnights.
- In the policies outlined below a “forfeited deposit” is a maximum of $50 unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. For example, if a group of 55 puts down a $100 deposit and needs to cancel, only $50 is forfeited, $50 is returned or applied to another date.
- This deposit is non-refundable and is credited toward the total cost of your party.
- If you need to reschedule, you must do so 2 or more weeks before your original date – the deposit will be applied towards the new date or time.
- If you need to cancel your group at any time, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you need to change your date or time within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that you are not guaranteed your same day and time, dependent on other scheduled events. Once you change a date, the original date/time is no longer guaranteed and will be opened to other events.
- Confirmed group numbers are required two weeks prior to your scheduled date.
- The deposit or a portion thereof may be held in the event that a group’s final numbers differ by more than 5 from the confirmed number.
- Cancellation due to weather.
- If the gym is closed for business during the time scheduled for your group, you may reschedule your group visit.
- Your deposit will not be refunded, but will be applied towards the new date.
- If the gym is open for business and you choose to cancel or reschedule your group, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to place a new deposit on the new date.
- If the gym is closed for business during the time scheduled for your group, you may reschedule your group visit.
